In 2025, all employees of Yitao Air Spring Group united as one and strove for breakthroughs, pushing the output of air springs to over 2.1 million units—a new all-time high. Upholding the corporate mission of Popularizing Air Suspension, Creating a Comfortable Life, we delivered a satisfying performance for high-quality development and every team member.

This remarkable milestone stems from precise strategic leadership and the relentless dedication of every Yitao employee. As a leading player in China’s air suspension industry, Yitao has focused on its core business since entering the air spring sector in 2004. We broke foreign monopolies, grew into an industry hidden champion, and built a product portfolio covering commercial vehicles, rail transit, industrial machinery and more, with over 2,000 specifications. Our products serve mainstream domestic OEMs and are exported to Europe, the U.S., Southeast Asia and beyond. The 2.1-million-unit output marks our large-scale manufacturing capacity and the concerted efforts of all staff.

Technological innovation drove the output surge. In 2025, we boosted R&D investment and leveraged platforms including the Guangdong Provincial Doctor Workstation and Provincial Enterprise Technology Center to advance key technologies in rubber composites and product structure design. The R&D team collaborated closely with production lines to optimize processes, improve qualification rates and efficiency, turning innovation into tangible capacity gains.

Capacity breakthroughs relied on frontline dedication, refined management and industrial chain synergy. We maximized the scale of our Yunfu industrial base and advanced smart factory construction, lifting efficiency and cutting labor costs. Frontline workers upheld rigor in every procedure; all departments coordinated seamlessly to remove production bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery. As a chain-leading enterprise, we gathered upstream and downstream partners, unclogged supply chains and cut costs to underpin the output milestone.
